I am currently in the UK on multiple conferences for the Academy for Chief Executives. Once a month CEO’s and MD’s take time out of the office to attend a personal or business development session. In the morning they bring in an external speaker and trainer like me and in the afternoon they do a goal plan and review. What I love to see are individuals who are clearly at the top of their game taking time out to develop themselves and their businesses. Greatness isn’t born, it develops but it requires humility, the humility to acknowledge that there is always more to learn.
