Research shows that are three main reasons for our customers deciding that they no longer want to do business with us. For 15%, the reason is price, for 15%, the reason is quality but for 70% the reason is us – they don’t like dealing with the people in our organisations. From this it may seem that the most important people in our companies are our customers, in fact, the most important people are staff, because if they’re not happy, our customers won’t be. Emotion is contagious, our people need to be fired with passion or our customers will fire us with passion!
